Everything Mismatched

2010/10/21 § 2 Comments

You may have noticed how drawn I am to interiors and design that are rather unfinished.  That combines the raw and the polished.  The old and the new.  I like things layered and textured.  With contrast and nuances.   Houses and interiors with soul.  Houses that look lived in and built over time.  When some furniture have broke and replaced with one other.  These dining rooms with mismatched chairs and tables and periods somehow capture this essence.
